Based in Los Angeles, Atomic3D is an original animated content company and software developer for streaming delivery on the Internet. Started in 1995, the company has evolved into one of the leading providers of animated content for the Internet, television and direct to video. His vision has brought together some of the most talented writers, artists and producers in Hollywood. Mr. Kohl started Atomic3D by leveraging his strong background in merging technologies and venture management. At Enterprise Partners/Ocean Park Ventures (1992-1994), he was responsible for investment strategies in interactive multimedia companies. While there he was instrumental in helping to establish Dallas-based Efficient Networks (NASDAQ/EFNT), a developer of high-speed DSL and ATM components as one of the firm's most successful investments. Mr. Kohl developed expertise in investment negotiations as well as technical, market and financial analysis skills.

Previously Mr. Kohl was the President and Founder of Paradigm Software Corporation (1989-1992). At Paradigm, he formed a sales and marketing team to focus on the integration of 2D and 3D technologies. He integrated graphic multimedia hardware and software into a commercial graphics community, with a very positive response. As a result of this innovative approach he formed many critical relationships with manufacturers such as AT&T, Mitsubishi, Polaroid and Truevision.

Mr. Kohl has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, and his BA in Business Administration is from Kendall College in Chicago. Mr. Kohl grew up in Wisconsin. He currently resides in Santa Monica, California with his  three children. He enjoys skiing, boating and traveling.
